HIGHLANDS RANCH, Colo. — Cushman & Wakefield arranged the $37.1 million sale of Shops at Highland Walk, a 94,795-square-foot shopping center anchored by King Soopers in Highlands Ranch.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Jon Hendrickson and Aaron Johnson represented the seller, Shea Properties, in the transaction. The buyer was Regency Centers.

Located at 4000 Red Cedar Drive, the shopping center is 98% leased to 17 tenants. The property includes two multi-tenant inline buildings adjacent to King Soopers and four outparcel buildings.

“Every retail investor would want the center in their portfolio, but only one buyer can prevail,” Hendrickson said.

He added that Shea Properties “built and cared for a tremendous asset” and that Regency Centers was selected as the buyer for the property.
