Cushman & Wakefield arranged the $30.3 million sale of a three-property retail portfolio, including Cottonwood Square in Parker, Bristol Pointe in Aurora and Foothill Green in Littleton. The portfolio totals over 100,000 square feet of retail space.

Jon Hendrickson and Aaron Johnson of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, Western Centers, Inc. The property was acquired by CentrePoint Properties. Craig Branton and Mickey Moran of Greystone, in partnership with Cushman & Wakefield’s Denver-based debt team, arranged the acquisition financing for all three properties.

Cottonwood Square is a 56,000-square-foot neighborhood center located just north of E-470 and Parker Road, and adjacent to King Soopers. Bristol Pointe, a 26,000-square-foot center, features a service- and restaurant-driven tenant roster and has local employment drivers stemming from proximity to Buckley Space Force Base. Foothill Green is 28,000 square feet and is the unanchored neighborhood center.
