As a Senior Associate on Cushman & Wakefield’s Investment Sales team, Mitch Veremeychik focuses his time and efforts on serving the group’s private capital clients, specializing in the sale of multi-tenant retail and mixed-use properties throughout Colorado and the west. In Mitch’s nearly 10 years in investment sales, he has participated in the sale of more than $850M in transaction volume. He joined the Hendrickson Johnson team in 2016. Mitch enjoys building the quality one-on-one relationships that help him play a hands-on role in driving superior outcomes for individual investors and sellers for whom real estate may not be a primary focus. Clients and colleagues alike appreciate his easy demeanor, relatability, versatility, collaborative approach, and tireless work ethic.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mitch was an Analyst with Denver-based wealth advisory firm Transform Wealth (fka Carnick & Kubik), performing due diligence, valuations, and financial analysis; building pro forma and financial models; and assisting in the analysis and deployment of $600M+ in equities and fixed-income investments. He also draws on three years of experience as a Finance Director responsible for financing, marketing, and sales for a Denver-based luxury vehicle dealer. Mitch earned his BS in Business (emphasis in Finance) and Real Estate Certificate from the University of Colorado Boulder’s Leeds School of Business. He is a licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and National Association of Office and Industrial Properties (NAIOP).
Though Mitch was born and raised in Colorado, he speaks fluent Russian — his parents immigrated to the US from Russia in the late ‘70s and early ‘80s. In his free time, Mitch enjoys making the most of everything Colorado has to offer, including skiing, biking, and playing hockey. He is also an avid cook, foodie, and whiskey connoisseur.
