As a Senior Financial Analyst, Eric Morgan participates in the underwriting and analysis of every asset the Denver Capital Markets team reviews. Eric’s contributions support the team’s clients’ ability to identify and assess acquisition and disposition strategies. He uses financial modeling and analysis to help clients understand and weigh the different considerations, variables, and projected returns of each investment.

Clients and colleagues alike appreciate Eric’s detail-oriented approach to his work, as well as his ability to form personal connections with nearly anyone he meets. He is both a numbers person and a people person — a tremendous asset in a role where he is charged to not only understand the story the numbers tell, but also how to effectively communicate that story to a range of stakeholders. Eric first fell in love with real estate during college, while working part-time as a leasing agent.

Prior to joining the Hendrickson Johnson team in 2022, Eric held various analyst roles in the San Francisco Bay Area. Most recently, he worked as an Investment Analyst with investment advisor Sepio Capital, balancing analysis oversight responsibilities on multiple projects for a team of five advisors supporting 70+ clients $2.5B in assets under management. Eric monitored client investment portfolios to recommend cash implementations and rebalances, analyzed stock positions, performed due diligence, participated in day-to-day operational management of portfolios, and more. Previous to Sepio, Eric worked as a Field Research Analyst for CBRE, preparing analytical reports and financial models, capturing insights, and organizing data for 30+ industrial and office brokers, management, support staff, and clients. He began at CBRE as a Research Data Analyst. Eric earned his BA in Advertising (Minor in Business) from the University of Alabama.

Eric was thrilled to make the move to Colorado in 2022. In his free time, you’ll most often find Eric enjoying the outdoors, whether fly fishing, mountain biking, skiing, or golfing. He’s also an avid college football fan.
