As the Investment Sales Team Transaction Manager, Dana Gargiule is responsible for the day-to-day management of the team’s active assignments. Her role involves overseeing all aspects of the transaction continuum, along with leading internal and external workflows to ensure consistent quality of service and work product to the team’s clients. This position requires the comprehensive ability to work at a fast pace, maintain organization, adhere to deadlines and client promises, and exceed expectations. Dana excels at driving results while holding to established processes. She is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Colorado.

Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Dana worked at Pinnacle Real Estate Advisor’s, where she played a key role in supporting transactions across multiple product types. She oversaw transaction management and marketing across the entire sales process, as well as asset management for a portfolio of multifamily and commercial properties. Dana’s professional journey began in sales, marketing, and account management, where she developed a strong foundation that continues to be built upon in her real estate career.

Born and raised in New Jersey, Dana spent seven years in Virginia before moving to Colorado in 2017. She earned her degree in Mining and Minerals Engineering from Virginia Tech, where she also competed in rugby at the college level. Now residing in Erie, Colorado, Dana embraces the outdoor recreation that Colorado offers. She loves snowboarding, attending live music events, cooking, listening to vinyl, playing the ukulele, traveling, and enjoying the Rocky Mountain’s natural beauty.
