As the Investment Sales team’s Senior Marketing Specialist, Chelsea Waldschmidt is responsible for concepting and creating high-impact design solutions across the full deal and property marketing lifecycle — everything from pitch materials and property deliverables to websites, email campaigns, closing announcements, press releases, and more. With her dual background in graphic design and marketing, she is able to quickly understand, capitalize on, and convey what’s special about a property. Her professional experience includes more than 8 years in commercial real estate marketing. Innovative, hard-working, and results-driven, Chelsea ensures that everything she creates looks the best it possibly can. She pairs a competitive spirit with the ability to remain calm under pressure. She joined the Hendrickson Johnson team in 2022.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Chelsea was a Senior Graphic Designer with Newmark’s Denver and Chicago offices, designing and managing creative projects for both internal and external clients. She was promoted to the Central Region Marketing Department, supporting seven US offices and nine international offices. Over her four-year tenure, Chelsea’s work encompassed print brochures, presentations, proposals, reports, interactive presentations, websites, videos, animations, aerial and vector maps, social and paid media graphics, logos, and signage. She also oversaw brand compliance for the entire region. Chelsea previously worked as a Marketing Coordinator with CBRE, developing and executing design concepts for multifamily and hotel properties through the entire sales process, and as a Marketing Associate with Cresa, managing the company’s website and social media. She earned her BA in Communication and Media Studies from Miami University.

Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Chelsea is a huge fan of all of Pittsburgh’s sports teams. She attended college at Miami University, competing in ice skating at the national level for four years.  She and her now-husband moved to Denver in 2019; they quickly fell in love with Colorado’s enjoyable climate and outdoor adventures.
